Dental implants usually take between 3-6 months to complete. Prior to having dental implant surgery your jawbone will be checked to see if there is enough bone where the implants can be placed. All Brighton Implant Clinics have on-site CT scanners which allow for accurate dental implant treatment planning. If there is insufficient bone, a bone graft may be required in order to increase the amount of bone needed for dental implants to be placed.
