The Brighton Implant Clinic & Advanced Dental Surgery is celebrating another achievement with its dental laboratory being awarded DAMAS certification. DAMAS is an acronym for Dental Appliance Manufacturers Audit System: a quality management system designed specifically for the manufacturers of custom-made dental appliances. Receiving certification means that the Brighton Implant Clinic’s laboratory adheres to standards of quality required by DAMAS when creating dental prosthesis. The benchmarks are similar to the US Food and Drug Administration’s Quality System/Good Manufacturing Practice specifications.
